Process of Salvation
According to Romans 10, you must understand the importance of hearing the Gospel. You must comprehend the message the gospel intends for you to understand. Many people in the world progress throughout life not conscious of Jesus Christ. These people are ignorant of who he is and the significance of what he's done for our eternity. Romans 10 also exemplifies the importance of the Gospel being spread. Romans 10 is the reason why you’re able to read this passage from me at this very moment. When we die we either go to two places, Heaven or Hell. Those who are fortunate enough to make heaven will get to spend eternity with God and his angels. Those who are unfortunate enough to go to Hell get to spend eternity with Satan and his demons. Many people are headed to hell as we speak because they never heard the gospel or they made a conscious decision to reject it. Which one will you be? Salvation is a simple process that most make difficult. Please follow the below steps to understand salvation and how to accept it.
Step 1: You Must Realize You’re Sinner
Roman 3:10,23- ”10 as it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:“
“23 for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God
Roman 5:12- “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
Romans 6:23- “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
John 7:7- “The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.”
Step 2: Understand There Must Be A Sacrifice For Your Sins
1 Timothy 1:15-“This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.”
Romans 5:6,8- “6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.”
“8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
2 Corinthians 5:21- “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”
1 Peter 3:18- “For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:”
Hebrews 9:26 “For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.”
Step 3: You Must Understand The Gospel
1 Corinthians 15: 1-4 -“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;”
“2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.”
“3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;”
“4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:”

Step 4: You Must Understand That Only Jesus Christ's Blood Can Save You
Hebrews 9:12,22 - “12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.”
“22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.
Ephesians 1:7-“In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;”
Colossians 1:14- “ In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:”
Hebrews 13:12- “Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.”
1 Peter 1:18,19- “18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;”
“19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:”
Step 5: You Must Understand Salvation Can Only Be Received By Faith
Acts 16: 30, 31- “30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
“31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.”
Ephesians 2:8,9- “8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:”
“9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.”
Galatians 2:16- “Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.”
Romans 3:25- “Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;”
Step 6: You Must Understand You’re Sealed With The Holy Spirit To Help You Live A Holy Life And To Do The Work Of Christ
Ephesians 1:13- “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,”
Step 7: You Must Understand You’re Now A Child of God
1 Peter 1:23- “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.”
Galatians 3:26- “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.”
